Refund Policy

This refund policy explains how Go safe AUTO reviews refund requests, cancellations, billing errors, and used roadside protection services.

General policy

Go safe AUTO provides roadside protection services and related membership access. Because service availability begins after enrollment, payments are generally non-refundable once a membership has been activated or a roadside service request has been used.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval may depend on the date of purchase, whether services were used, the reason for the request, and any applicable program terms.

Subscription cancellations

Customers may cancel future recurring charges by contacting Go safe AUTO support before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for previous charges.

If a cancellation request is received after a renewal payment has already processed, the account may remain active through the end of the paid billing period unless a refund is approved.

Duplicate or billing-error charges

If you believe you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or billed in error, contact us with the payment date, amount, name on the account, and best contact information.

Verified duplicate charges or confirmed billing errors may be refunded to the original payment method.

Used services

Memberships that have been used for towing, lockout assistance, battery jump-start, fuel delivery, tire service, dispatch, or any other roadside benefit are typically not eligible for refund.

Certain third-party costs, dispatch fees, completed services, and provider charges may be non-refundable.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Bank and card processing times vary, but most approved refunds may take 5 to 10 business days after issuance to appear on an account statement.

Go safe AUTO is not responsible for delays caused by a customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

To request a refund review, contact Go safe AUTO support with your full name, phone number, email address, payment date, and a short explanation of the issue.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, but we will review the information provided and respond with the next steps.
