Last updated: April 29, 2026

Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Go safe AUTO website, quote forms, roadside protection information, membership features, and related support services.

By using the website, requesting a quote, purchasing a membership, or contacting support, you agree to these terms and any additional program documents that apply to your membership.

Roadside protection services

Go safe AUTO provides roadside protection access and service coordination for eligible events, which may include towing support, battery jump-start, flat tire assistance, lockout support, fuel delivery, and related roadside needs.

Actual benefits, limits, availability, response times, provider participation, exclusions, and service areas may vary by plan, location, vehicle, provider availability, and applicable program terms.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate account, payment, vehicle, contact, and service-location information. You are responsible for confirming that your vehicle and requested service are eligible under your selected plan.

You must not misuse the website, submit false service requests, interfere with service providers, attempt unauthorized access, or use Go safe AUTO for unlawful or unsafe purposes.

Payments and billing

Membership fees, recurring charges, taxes, and other amounts are due according to the plan and billing terms presented at purchase or enrollment.

By providing a payment method, you authorize Go safe AUTO or its payment processor to charge applicable fees. Cancellations and refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy and any applicable membership terms.

Third-party services

Roadside assistance may be performed by independent third-party providers. Go safe AUTO may coordinate service requests, but provider availability, arrival times, workmanship, and on-scene decisions may depend on circumstances outside our direct control.

Third-party websites, payment systems, dispatch tools, communications providers, and service vendors may have their own terms and policies.

No emergency-services substitute

Go safe AUTO is not a police, fire, ambulance, medical, or emergency rescue service. If you are in danger, involved in an accident, stranded in an unsafe location, or experiencing a medical or public-safety emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency authority first.

Roadside protection is intended for eligible vehicle-support events and should not be used as a substitute for emergency services.

Disclaimers and limitations

The website and related content are provided for general program information and may include placeholder or sample plan details until final terms are published. Go safe AUTO does not guarantee uninterrupted website access, exact response times, or service availability in every location.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go safe AUTO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, membership, or third-party roadside services.

Changes to these terms

Go safe AUTO may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
